Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff in manufacturing.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read schematics and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct maintenance staff to ensure continuous production operations.
• Fabricate/modify and troubleshoot packaging machinery and equipment.
• Plan and schedule repairs and installations, prioritize work orders.
• Inspect machines for conformity to standards and safety policies.
• Diagnose equipment problems from test results and operator input.
