Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience supervising technicians.

• Experience coordinating with production and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor technicians; assign daily work orders; monitor performance and staffing.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, utilities, and building systems (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic).
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnose complex faults, and conduct emergency repairs.
• Enforce safety protocols, maintain regulatory compliance, and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Coordinate with production to minimize downtime; support engineering on new installations/upgrades.
• Manage spare parts inventory, order supplies, and maintain records in the CMMS.
• Identify recurring issues and support reliability initiatives.
