Job summary
TransTech is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician Lead in McGregor, TX to oversee shop equipment maintenance, coordinate repairs, and manage documentation. The role requires proactive leadership, hands-on expertise with electrical and mechanical systems, and adherence to OSHA standards.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of 480V three-phase and 277/120V electrical systems.
Responsibilities
- Maintains ALL shop equipment and coordinates contractors for extensive repairs.
- Leads maintenance projects and communicates progress and resources to the Maintenance Manager.
- Provides direction and coaching to department staff on procedures and safety.
- Develops schedules for Preventive Maintenance and annual OSHA inspections.
- Creates and maintains equipment files and supports environmental compliance.
- Manages third-party contractors for maintenance and repairs.
