LyondellBasell is seeking a First Line Supervisor to lead the Maintenance Team on-site in a petrochemical environment. You will coordinate daily activities, ensure safety and reliability of site assets, and drive performance in line with plant goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts on a 7-day rotating schedule.
• Adhere to environmental, health, safety, security and quality policies.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily activities within area of responsibility.
• Ensure safe, efficient and reliable operation and maintenance of site assets.
• Monitor performance indicators and address deviations; troubleshoot issues.
• Communicate effectively across shifts and management levels.
• Oversee budget, overtime costs, and training compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering to implement improvements.
