Job summary

Röchling Medical in Rochester, MN seeks a Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance of plastic injection molding machinery, facilities, and supporting systems. You will oversee the Facility Maintenance and Janitorial teams, safeguard assets, and control costs while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent maintenance experience.
• At least 5 years in manufacturing maintenance or plant engineering with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience using performance metrics to improve equipment reliability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Oversee maintenance of plastic injection molding machines and peripheral equipment.
• Lead Facility Maintenance and Janitorial teams; manage budgets and assets.
• Coordinate with planning and production to minimize downtime and interruptions.
• Manage vendor selection, quotes, and project quality and timelines.
• Ensure OSHA, environmental, and quality standards compliance.
