Job summary

Carlisle Companies is seeking a Maintenance Lead-CAM to oversee repairs across plant machinery, run preventive maintenance, and manage work orders. The role requires hands-on expertise and leadership of a small technician team, with varied shifts and occasional overtime.

Expect 40 hours weekly, with no travel. Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and safety systems, plus experience with cranes or rigging, will be essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Education – High School diploma or GED required.
• Five (5) years minimum maintenance experience as a hands-on craftsman in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Rigging training and certification (as needed).
• Ability to lead a maintenance team.
• Experience with forklifts and scissor lifts.
• Experience with electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair plant equipment and implement improvements.
• Perform preventive maintenance per work schedule.
• Distribute work orders, process/summarize data, initiate requisitions.
• Provide training to Maintenance technicians I–III as needed.
• Audit and verify preventative maintenance procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety and departmental policies.
