Job summary

Eddie Kane Steel Products is seeking a Maintenance Lead for our Ohio facility. This full-time role focuses on maintaining equipment, machines, vehicles, and the plant to ensure safe, efficient operations.

The person will plan preventive maintenance, coordinate with management, and lead maintenance staff across shifts. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with electrical systems, CNC burning equipment, fabricating tooling, and heavy rigging, with a strong commitment to safety and quality

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Respond to maintenance problems promptly and provide solutions.
• Plan and communicate preventive maintenance with management.
• Schedule maintenance to minimize lost production time.
• Assist with maintenance projects and shut-downs as needed.
• Train others on preventive maintenance requirements.
• Fabricate tooling and fixtures to improve production.
• Adhere to all safety procedures in manufacturing operations.
