Job summary

First Chair Destinations is seeking a Maintenance Lead to travel between vacation properties, perform repairs, and ensure guest and homeowner satisfaction. You will coordinate with vendors, assist with on-call coverage, and uphold company standards for quality and safety.

The role emphasizes problem solving, hands-on maintenance, and delivering excellent customer service in a hospitality environment. On-site training is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or property caretaker roles.
• Knowledge of basic appliance repair, electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
• Prior supervisory or management experience in a similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and workflow to boost team productivity and meet objectives.
• Respond to guest maintenance issues including appliance and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting.
• Order and manage maintenance supplies and inventory.
• Assist with scheduling and ticket distribution.
• Maintain homes through preventative maintenance and regular inspections.
