Responsibilities

• Oversees daily department operations and staff.
• Serves as resource to others in area of responsibility and expertise.
• Troubleshoots and directs staff on daily activities.
• Ensures regulatory compliance (CARF, JCAHO) and coordinates inspections.
• Communicates departmental updates to manager and reports issues.
• Contributes to staff scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Performs preventative maintenance and repairs on facility equipment.
• Operates and maintains boiler room; monitors equipment.
