Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 3-4 years of industrial experience.
• Valid IA driver's license with acceptable MVR and NVCI training within 6 months of hire.
• Ability to read blueprints and work with maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversees work of mechanics and vendors at Sartori Campus and Arrowhead.
• Performs maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment and systems in the health system.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and safety procedures.
• Develops and updates staff schedules and time sheets weekly.
• Assists with inspections and coordinates corrective actions as needed.
• Leads staff orientation, training, and development activities.
• Maintains equipment functionality and generates work orders for repairs.
