Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance on facility equipment.
• Determines equipment needed to perform specific repair.
• Adheres to procedure for specific task.
• Maintains 95% completion rating on assigned PMs.
• Patrols hospital buildings to prevent fire, theft, vandalism and illegal entry.
• Operates and maintains boiler room and monitors equipment.
• Demonstrates competency of building systems.
• Adheres to safety and infection control policies.
