Job summary

Trinity Health MI is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to handle day-to-day maintenance and preventive programs for assigned buildings. You will support HVAC, electrical, plumbing and roof systems, respond to tenant work orders, and ensure safety and comfort for occupants.

Requirements include a High School Diploma, 3-5 years of related experience, and a valid driver's license. The role requires 24/7 on-call availability for emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of related maintenance experience.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and roof preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Respond to tenant work orders and complaints in a timely manner.
• Coordinate inspections and testing of fire protection systems and equipment.
• Perform general labor tasks and maintain facilities in a safe, clean condition.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow safety and IHA/Trinity Health policies.
