Job summary

EmployBridge in Rochester, NY is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager or Supervisor with mechanical and electrical expertise to lead a 24/7 maintenance operation. You will drive Overall Equipment Effectiveness improvements, supervise staff across shifts, coordinate with production, address emergencies, and implement preventive maintenance and CMMS processes.

Degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering is preferred, with 2–5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing; food or beverage

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred)
• 2-5 years of leadership in a 24/7 manufacturing environment
• Food manufacturing experience preferred
• Beverage manufacturing experience preferred not required
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability
• Knowledge of LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), confined space, and hot work permit processes
• Ability to manage maintenance personnel and support production operations across multiple shifts
• Experience using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
