Job summary

Catalent’s Winchester, KY site is a flagship facility for large‑scale oral solid dose manufacturing. The Maintenance Lead will oversee shift mechanics, coordinate daily activities, and support process engineers to improve efficiency while maintaining cGMP compliance.

This role requires strong troubleshooting, electrical and controls expertise, training delivery, and cross‑functional collaboration with engineers and vendors. Onsite, 2-2-3 shift, with safety at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Pharma/manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shift maintenance activities and ensure safety.
• Lead on-site training for maintenance staff.
• Analyze process variability and drive improvements.
• Investigate plant issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor equipment performance metrics.
• Prepare shift reports and ensure cGMP compliance.
