If you’re experienced in general maintenance, enjoy solving problems, and are ready to take ownership of day‑to‑day operations, we’d love to meet you. You don’t need fancy licenses or certifications, just honesty, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and lead by example. This position is located in Northville, MI.

What You’ll Do

• Leading day‑to‑day maintenance operations throughout the community
• Completing work orders efficiently and professionally, including:
  • Light plumbing
  • Basic electrical
  • HVAC troubleshooting
  • Carpentry repairs
• Preparing rental homes for new residents, including but not limited to:
  • Painting
  • Cleaning
  • General repairs and refurbishing
• Coordinating with outside vendors and ensuring quality work
• Maintaining community amenities and common areas, including grounds and pool areas
• Assisting with after‑hours emergency maintenance coverage as needed
• Promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and resident satisfaction
• Keeping work areas organized, clean, and professional

• Honest, dependable, and motivated to learn
• Working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or general maintenance
• At least 6 months of experience in maintenance or a skilled trade preferred
• Ability to work independently and lead or assist other maintenance team members
