We are seeking a reliable and skilled General Maintenance Technician to join our team. This hands-on role is responsible for a wide variety of tasks, including plumbing, light electrical repairs, equipment operation, and general maintenance. The ideal candidate will also have experience in pool upkeep and basic greenkeeping practices for a golf course environment. Strong customer service skills are essential, as this role includes interacting with staff, vendors, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform plumbing and light electrical repairs as needed

• Operate and maintain various types of equipment and tools

• Conduct daily maintenance and repair tasks across the facility and grounds

• Assist with pool maintenance, including water testing and cleaning

• Support greenkeeping staff with golf course upkeep

• Respond to on-call maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in general maintenance, plumbing, or light electrical work

• Familiarity with pool systems and maintenance procedures

• Basic knowledge of golf course greenkeeping is

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
