Description:

LUV Car Wash was founded in September 2021, and we have rapidly grown to over 70 locations across 6 states, including CA, NV, FL, GA, PA, and NJ. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to serve as Site Maintenance Lead at each of our locations. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our express car wash locations.

The Site Maintenance Lead will report directly to the General Manager and collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of equipment functionality and customer service. Successful Maintenance Leads will have opportunities for career advancement within LUV’s Facilities Maintenance Department.

General Summary of Duties:

The Maintenance Lead ensures the smooth operation and maintenance of our car wash locations, reporting to the General Manager and working with the team to uphold equipment and service standards. Career advancement within the Facilities Maintenance Department is available for successful candidates.

Essential Functions:

• Perform weekly and monthly preventative maintenance to reduce equipment failures.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities.
• Diagnose and repair equipment issues; collaborate with external technicians for complex repairs.
• Attend Sonny's College Repair and Maintenance courses and apply new knowledge.
• Manage equipment inventory and report shortages.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
• Recommend equipment upgrades and process improvements.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous duties, including vehicle loading, cleaning, etc.

Requirements:

• Must be recommended by the General Manager to apply.
• Strong mechanical skills and maintenance experience.
• Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and punctuality.
• Ability to walk, stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
