LUV Car Wash was founded in September 2021, and we have rapidly grown to over 70 locations across 6 states: CA, NV, FL, GA, PA, and NJ. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Maintenance Lead for our car wash locations. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our express car wash locations. The Site Maintenance Lead will report directly to the General Manager and collaborate with the team to uphold high standards of equipment functionality and customer service. Successful Maintenance Leads will have a clear career path within LUV’s Facilities Maintenance Department.

General Summary of Duties:

The Maintenance Lead is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our car wash locations. Reporting to the General Manager, the role involves working collaboratively to maintain high standards of equipment functionality and customer service. The position offers a pathway for career advancement within LUV’s Facilities Maintenance Department.

Reports to: General Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Essential Functions:

• Execute weekly and monthly preventative maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities.
• Identify and diagnose equipment issues promptly.
• Perform repairs and collaborate with external technicians for complex issues.
• Attend Sonny's College Repair and Maintenance courses and apply learned skills.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor equipment inventory and report shortages or needs.
• Follow all safety guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
• Recommend equipment upgrades or process improvements.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned, including safely loading vehicles onto the conveyor and cleaning the tunnel and equipment.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to bend, push, pull, and carry.
