When you come to work, you'll:
- Initiate maintenance and safety programs for facility equipment
- Be responsible for preventative maintenance, including HVAC
- Oversee cleanliness of gyms with janitorial staff
- Stay compliant with regulatory agencies like OSHA
- Be aware of emergency procedures
- Manage all aspects of the facility, including grounds, equipment, and inventory
- Process and oversee deliveries
- Manage maintenance and janitorial staff
- Plan and schedule facility modifications, including cost estimates
Must Haves:
- High school diploma (Trade School or college preferred)
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read and interpret plans and layouts
- Problem-solving skills
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex topics effectively
