When you come to work, you'll:

• Initiate maintenance and safety programs for facility equipment
• Be responsible for preventative maintenance, including HVAC
• Oversee cleanliness of gyms with janitorial staff
• Stay compliant with regulatory agencies like OSHA
• Be aware of emergency procedures
• Manage all aspects of the facility, including grounds, equipment, and inventory
• Process and oversee deliveries
• Manage maintenance and janitorial staff
• Plan and schedule facility modifications, including cost estimates

Must Haves:

• High school diploma (Trade School or college preferred)
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to read and interpret plans and layouts
• Problem-solving skills
• Organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate complex topics effectively
