When you come to work, you'll:

• Initiate maintenance and safety programs for facility equipment
• Be responsible for preventative maintenance of machinery, including HVAC
• Oversee the cleanliness of our gyms, managed by our janitorial staff
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies like OSHA
• Demonstrate awareness of emergency procedures
• Manage all aspects of the facility, including buildings, exterior grounds, equipment, and inventory
• Process and oversee deliveries
• Manage maintenance and janitorial staff, including housekeeping
• Plan and schedule facility modifications, including cost estimates

Must Haves:

• High school diploma (Trade School or college preferred)
• Ability to meet aggressive deadlines while working accurately at a fast pace
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex plans and layouts
• Ability to solve practical problems
• Able to manage multiple variables
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate complex topics effectively to management, clients, and the public
