Responsibilities

• Initiate maintenance and safety programs for facility equipment
• Oversee preventative maintenance, including HVAC systems
• Ensure cleanliness of gyms via janitorial staff
• Maintain compliance with OSHA and other regulatory agencies
• Be familiar with emergency procedures
• Manage building, grounds, equipment, and inventory
• Oversee deliveries and staff management
• Plan and budget for facility modifications

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma (Trade School or college preferred)
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Skill in reading and interpreting complex plans
• Problem-solving abilities
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills for diverse audiences
• Bilingual skills preferred
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods
