When you come to work, you'll:

• Initiate maintenance and safety programs for facility equipment
• Be responsible for preventive maintenance of machinery, including HVAC
• Oversee the cleanliness of gyms through janitorial staff
• Ensure compliance with regulations like OSHA
• Be aware of all emergency procedures
• Manage all aspects of the facility, including buildings, grounds, equipment, and inventory
• Process and oversee deliveries
• Manage maintenance and janitorial staff, including housekeeping
• Plan and schedule facility modifications, including cost estimates

Must-have qualifications:

• High school diploma; trade school or college experience preferred
• Ability to meet deadlines and work accurately at a fast pace
• Ability to read and interpret complex plans and layouts
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple variables
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate complex topics effectively to management, clients, and the public
• Bilingual proficiency

This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 35 lbs, stand for extended periods, and maintain a professional demeanor, clear communication, and a clean appearance in uniform.
