Job Description
As a Maintenance Lead Technician, you will be responsible for working on fully automated material handling equipment, including conveyors, sorting machines, cranes, transfer machines, palletizers, and shrink wrappers. You will also lead a team of 2-3 technicians, ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of the equipment.

Work Environment
Work in a cold storage environment with varying temperatures of 55, 34, and -5 degrees across different facility sections. Collaborate with a team of 37 members in the Maintenance Team while working around industrial machinery. Steel toe boots, coats, and gloves are required for safety.

This is a permanent position based out of Lancaster, Texas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $82,160.00 - $88,400.00 per year.
Full benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and employee discount programs.
