We are looking for a competent Lead Maintenance to manage maintenance in our facilities. The role involves hiring and training staff, and ensuring smooth upkeep or repair operations. An excellent Lead Maintenance must be reliable, detail-oriented, and possess technical skills across crafts such as carpentry and plumbing. Leadership and administrative skills, including scheduling, are also essential. The goal is to maintain the facility in good and safe condition at all times.

Requirements

• Excellent planning and leadership abilities

• Professional Certifications (CAMT & HVAC certified) are preferred

• Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance
