B&G Foods in Maryland is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to support and coordinate daily maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency. You will guide maintenance activities, assist with troubleshooting and repairs, monitor work quality, and help reduce downtime through preventive maintenance while collaborating with production.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience required.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout procedures and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
• Experience with maintenance systems and equipment optimization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain maintenance reports, tracking equipment performance and trends.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment, including adherence to GMPs.

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $27.01 - $45.01

Final base pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to; role responsibilities, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and/or internal pay equity. Please keep in mind that we consider internal pay equity and hiring at the maximum of the salary range uncommon.
