Job summary

Hire3 Labs in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Maintenance Lead to supervise a hands-on maintenance team and drive preventive maintenance across production equipment and facility systems.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, work with PLCs, motors and conveyors, maintain CMMS work orders, and ensure safe work practices in accordance with OSHA and LOTO procedures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience.
• 1-2+ years of maintenance/team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience with PLCs, motors, conveyors, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and CMMS/work-order systems.
• Familiarity with OSHA requirements and LOTO procedures.
• High school diploma/GED; technical/vocational training or associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train and schedule maintenance personnel.

• Help minimize equipment downtime and improve overall plant reliability.

This is a full-time, onsite opportunity for someone with strong hands-on industrial maintenance experience who can also lead a maintenance team and drive preventive maintenance across production equipment and facility systems.
