Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking a Laborer to join its military housing team at Fort Buchanan, PR. The role involves maintenance and cleaning of rental units, offices, and grounds, plus supporting the operation of warehouse facilities and project setup/cleanup.

The position requires a REAL ID compliant license for access to the federal facility and offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with pay between $13.07 and $15.68 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow basic instructions.
• Entry-level knowledge of basic maintenance and repair tasks.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and operate simple equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tools, equipment, and parts across the property.
• Perform maintenance such as cleaning, painting, small repairs, and grounds care.
• Install and connect appliances and assist with maintenance projects as directed.
