Job summary

ATI in Cudahy, WI is seeking a Maintenance Laborer for 2nd shift, with the availability to train on 1st shift for 60 days, Monday through Friday, 7am-3pm. This role performs manual maintenance work supporting masons, carpenters, and other craftsmen in the plant.

You will handle tools such as shovels, picks, crowbars, sledgehammers, air hammers, and hand trucks, and may mix mortar or cement or assist with loading and unloading material. ATI is an Equal Opportunity Employer onsite.

Qualifications

• 6 months' manual labor experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tasks such as mixing mortar or cement, tearing up brickwork or concrete, and loading/unloading material.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Laborer to work 2nd shift, at our Cudahy, WI, facility with the availability to train on 1st shift for 60 days, Monday through Friday, 7am-3pm. Maintenance Laborers perform manual labor associated with maintenance work assisting such craftsmen as masons, cement-finishers, carpenters, steam fitters and others as needed.

The Maintenance Laborers use shovels, picks, crow bars, sledgehammers, air hammers, hand trucks and other equipment in performing work assignments. The Maintenance Laborer will also possibly perform such functions as mixing mortar or cement, tearing up brickwork or concrete, loading and unloading material and other functions as assigned by department supervisors and/or craftsmen. Any additional maintenance related responsibilities including assisting other areas and departments in the plant and back office functions might also be required.

Requirement

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months' manual labor experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing/factory experience.
