Job description

Maintenance is a very important issue. The County of Orange has very high expectations of PCI and its staff. Various maintenance duties need to be performed, included but not limited to sweeping, mopping, cleaning 1 restroom, cleaning elevators, stairs, and stair handrails, maintaining equipment clear of dust, and removing graffiti when needed.

Job Description:

• Full Time position
• Monday through Friday 5:30am - 2:00pm
• Duties consist of regular maintenance of location, and if any maintenance problems should abruptly arise, they are to be handled immediately.
• Walk the entire garage, sweep and pick up all garbage from floors.
• Empty trash cans from every floor.
• Clean office and restroom.
• Maintain equipment clean and clear of dust.
• Remove graffiti when needed.

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated individual with great customer service and courtesy skills.
• Ability to work independently in an unsupervised environment.
• Ability to understand and follow directions.
• No driving required.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to safely use cleaning products (chemicals).
