Qualifications

What we need from you:

Various parking lot maintenance duties, including but not limited to:

• Following cleaning schedules and maintenance checklists closely
• Walking parking structures to monitor for maintenance issues needing immediate attention
• Hand sweeping and picking up garbage on premises
• Cleaning and emptying trash cans throughout the lots and booths
• Mopping elevators and building grounds
• Cleaning stairwells and handrails
• Using air blowers when needed
• Maintaining gates and columns free of dust
• Removing graffiti when necessary
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and without supervision
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk, and lift 30 to 40 lbs
• No driving required
