Job summary

fairlife, LLC, a Chicago-based nutrition company, is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to manage the maintenance storeroom, receiving, storing and issuing parts for work orders. You will ensure accurate cycle counts and maintain organized inventory using MVP CMMS.

Responsibilities include processing receipts, updating inventory records, coordinating with the Maintenance Planner, and improving storeroom layout to keep operations clean and efficient. A High School diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

  • Two to three years parts room experience.
  • Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping.
  • Fluency in CMMS systems.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • HS diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

  • Inventory, stocking, organizing parts.
  • Update MVP CMMS part data.
  • Provide replacement parts to mechanics.
  • Assemble and fill orders with Planner.
  • Label and barcode inventory.
  • Receive shipments and verify quantities.
  • Perform inventory audits.
  • Communicate with management via email/Teams.
  • Resolve parts discrepancies with Purchasers.
  • Other duties as assigned.
