Responsibilities

• Obtain quotes and pricing for requested and stocked maintenance items.
• Enter purchase requisitions and ensure POs are issued.
• Submit PO requests and coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts.
• Receive and verify deliveries; unload trucks and store items in the shop.
• Communicate with vendors about order status and delivery schedules.
• Design and organize the tool crib layout and inventory locations.
• Maintain CMMS records for issued materials.
