This role serves as the central point of communication between maintenance teams, vendors, and operations leadership, driving process efficiency and data accuracy across systems and locations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing parts inventory and maintenance materials.
• Strong data entry and reporting capabilities with ERP familiarity.
• Effective communication with vendors, operations teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for parts and materials across locations.
• Track usage, receipts, transfers, and returns in inventory systems.
• Coordinate with vendors on parts ordering and forecast commonly used parts.
• Perform regular cycle counts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Update fleet and asset records in fleet management systems.
• Coordinate transportation of equipment with logistics brokers and customers.
• Generate routine and ad hoc reports on inventory, fleet status, and logistics.
• Support process improvements to improve system accuracy and reliability.
• Assist management with operational reporting and documentation.
