City Brewing Company is seeking an administrative and hands-on maintenance parts and supplies procurement support role in Kansas. The position involves coordinating parts deliveries, preparing shipments, and managing the parts room within a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, CMMS updates, and assisting with work orders while collaborating with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely availability of parts and supplies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with CMMS preferred.
• Strong communication with co-workers, vendors and customers.
• Parts/inventory management experience in a manufacturing environment.

Job Summary

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma required. Technical diploma or coursework in related field preferred.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with co‑workers, vendors, and customers.
• Parts/inventory management experience in manufacturing environment.
