• Ensure maintenance works orders contain detailed job plans, labor estimates, parts requirements, permits, and safety procedures.
• Coach and develop maintenance technicians assigned to line with assistance from the Assistant Maintenance Manager.
• Coordinate and supervise planned shutdowns, line changeovers, and maintenance windows.
• Maintain work order backlog management and prioritize based on risk and operational impact.
• Update score card, cannibalization log, and countermeasures before MP&S meeting.
• Collaborate with storeroom to optimize/maintain critical spare parts availability.
• Stand in as tertiary backup line lead and secondary process lead in event of their absence.
• Complete any other assigned work by direct supervisor.

Job Summary

The Maintenance Planner is responsible for planning, scheduling, overseeing, and coordinating maintenance activities.
