Job summary

Aspire Bakeries LLC is hiring a Maintenance Inventory Clerk for our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. This on-site role supports inventory accuracy, part availability, and maintenance operations to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

The position requires keeping the storeroom organized, coordinating parts flow, and ensuring compliance with safety and food safety standards. Shift is 3rd and onsite four days per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in inventory management or storeroom operations.
• Working knowledge of inventory control practices.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook; CMMS familiarity.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Industrial Lift License.
• Able to stand, walk, lift in a manufacturing environment with flour dust.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance inventory and spare parts.
• Coordinate receiving, stocking, material movement, and inventory transactions.
• Utilize CMMS systems to maintain accurate inventory records and improve efficiency.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reporting, and corrective actions.
• Support maintenance planning activities through job kitting and parts availability.
• Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, quality, and inventory control requirements.
• Maintain a secure, organized storeroom environment and deliver internal customer service.
