Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of demonstrated maintenance/construction experience required.
• Trade or technical schooling preferred for construction/mechanical technology.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and build items for residential, commercial, and vacant properties.
• Coordinate with admin and other trades to complete projects efficiently.
