Job summary

Fath Properties is seeking two Maintenance-HVAC Technicians to work as floaters at our North Central Dallas properties. The role covers diagnosing and repairing maintenance issues across units, including make-ready work, with an HVAC license required and experience in plumbing and electrical tasks.

Qualifications

• HVAC license and 2+ years of experience are required.
• Plumbing and electrical experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of residential maintenance experience.
• Leadership skills are a plus.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, operate power tools and door locks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide variety of basic maintenance problems (plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• Maintain occupied residential units and perform make-ready repairs in vacant units as needed.
• Purchase and order supplies; keep the maintenance shop neat and organized.

Description: Join the team at Fath Properties! We are seeking candidates to fill two Maintenance-HVAC positions. The role will work as a Floater at our North Central Dallas properties.

Maintenance-HVAC Technician is responsible for the following:

• Ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of basic maintenance problems at the property including plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
• Maintenance will include occupied residential units and/or performing necessary repairs in make ready residential units.
• HVAC license is required
• Purchasing and ordering supplies while maintaining a neat and orderly maintenance shop at the apartment community.

Requirements

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED, Technical or Trade School
• HVAC license & 2+ years' experience required
• Plumbing and electrical experience
• A minimum of 2 years residential maintenance experience
• Leadership skills a plus
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Physical requirements: Able to lift 75 lbs. Able to climb ladders and steps. Applicants must be able to operate power equipment such as saws, drills. Must be able to operate door locks.

Salary Information

$25 - $33Hourly Wage
