Qualifikationen
- HVAC license and 2+ years of experience are required.
- Plumbing and electrical experience preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of residential maintenance experience.
- Leadership skills are a plus.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, operate power tools and door locks.
Aufgaben
- Diagnose and repair a wide variety of basic maintenance problems (plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
- Maintain occupied residential units and perform make-ready repairs in vacant units as needed.
- Purchase and order supplies; keep the maintenance shop neat and organized.
