Fath Properties is hiring an Electrician - Maintenance to service our apartment communities across North Central Dallas. You will install, maintain and repair wiring, diagnose electrical, plumbing and carpentry issues, and support turnover on vacant units.

The role requires an on-call schedule, a valid driver’s license, and a background in residential maintenance. Electrical license is preferred but not required; benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and more.

Qualifications

• Driver's license - required.
• Electrical Journeyman license - not required but preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, Technical or Trade School.
• Plumbing and electrical experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years residential maintenance experience.
• Leadership skills a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift 75 lbs, ladders, power equipment.

Responsabilités

• Install, repair and replace wiring across apartment communities.
• Diagnose and repair basic maintenance problems (electrical, plumbing, carpentry).
• Assist with turnover on vacant units; maintenance on occupied units.
• On-call availability is required.
• Purchase and stock supplies; maintain a neat maintenance shop.

About this position

Description:

Join the team at Fath Properties ! We are seeking candidates to fill two Electrician -Maintenance positions. This position works at all of our properties, located in North Central Dallas

Job details:

• Installation, repair and replacement of wiring within our apartment communities.
• Ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of basic maintenance problems at the property including plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
• Assists with general turnover on vacant apartment units as assigned
• Maintenance could also include occupied residential units.
• On Call required
• Electrical license preferred, but not required.
• Driver's license REQUIRED
• Purchasing and ordering supplies while maintaining a neat and orderly maintenance shop at the apartment community.

Requirements

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:
