Job summary

Fath Properties is seeking qualified Apartment Maintenance professionals for our North Central Dallas properties. This role requires diagnosing and repairing plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues across occupied and make-ready units.

A valid HVAC license and at least one year of experience are essential, along with two years in residential maintenance. Reliable transport and a valid driver’s license are needed.

Qualifications

• HVAC license + minimum 1 year experience
• Plumbing and electrical experience
• A minimum of 2 years residential maintenance experience
• High School Diploma, GED, Technical or Trade School
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Physical ability to lift 75 lbs, climb ladders and operate power equipment

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide variety of basic maintenance problems at the property including plumbing, electrical and carpentry
• Maintain occupied residential units and make-ready units as needed
• Purchase and order supplies while keeping a neat and orderly maintenance shop
• Maintain and support maintenance operations at apartment communities

Join the team at Fath Properties! We are seeking candidates to fill Apartment Maintenance positions at our properties in North Central Dallas. We have open Maintenance at Summit at Midtown Apartment

Apartment Maintenance must be multi-skilled. This position is responsible for the following:

• Ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of basic maintenance problems at the property including plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
• Maintenance will include occupied residential units and/or performing necessary repairs in make ready residential units.
• HVAC license is required
• Purchasing and ordering supplies while maintaining a neat and orderly maintenance shop at the apartment community.
