Job summary

Brazos Residential Management is seeking a Housekeeper to join our maintenance team in maintaining a clean, sanitary, and inviting living environment for residents. You will work across the grounds, community, and units, upholding high standards of cleanliness throughout the property.

Responsibilities include cleaning vacant units and common areas, assisting with move-ins, restrooms, kitchens, and laundry facilities, and maintaining inventory and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Must have reliable transportation
• Flexibility to work after hours, including holidays, weekends, and nights due to emergencies or weather

Responsibilities

• Act as a role-model for teams and residents to promote superior customer experiences and support in retention goals.
• Perform thorough cleaning of vacant units, common areas, hallways, lobbies, elevators, and community spaces to maintain a pristine environment.
• Assist with new move-ins as needed.
• Dust, mop, and vacuum floors in both common areas and amenity spaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and laundry facilities.
• Dispose of trash and recycling materials properly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is required.
• Keep storerooms organized and safe.
• Report maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Participate in daily maintenance and grounds activities.
• Maintain excellent customer service relationships within the community.
• Provide support to the team and other departments as needed.
• Assist in bi-monthly light checks and ensure bulbs/fixtures are repaired or replaced as required.
• Adhere to maintenance and safety policies and report violations.
