The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license and a commitment to safety. Starting wage is $21.30 per hour, with full-time benefits and a schedule Monday–Friday with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor.
• Basic math and reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of floors, bathrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Disinfect surfaces and properly dispose of biohazard and general waste.
• Maintain yard and exterior areas (mowing, trimming, debris and snow removal).
• Perform minor repairs (plumbing, painting, carpentry, lighting).
• Monitor building safety systems (smoke alarms, lighting, ventilation).
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Follow all safety and health guidelines.
