Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers seeks a Maintenance/Janitorial Staff member to keep facilities clean, safe, and welcoming for patients and staff in Washington state. Responsibilities include daily cleaning, disinfecting, minor repairs, and yard upkeep, with attention to safety and health guidelines.

A valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs are required. Starting wage is $21.30 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Maintenance or janitorial experience preferred (training provided).
• Annual TB test required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of floors, bathrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Disinfect surfaces and properly dispose of waste.
• Maintain yard and exterior areas (mowing, trimming, debris and snow removal).
• Perform minor repairs (plumbing, painting, carpentry, lighting).
• Monitor building safety systems (smoke alarms, lighting, ventilation).
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Follow all safety and health guidelines.
