Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a Maintenance/Janitorial Staff member to ensure facilities are safe, sanitary, and welcoming for patients and staff in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

The role starts at $21.30 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional Saturdays. Training is provided, and comprehensive benefits are offered to full-time employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
• Annual TB test required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of floors, bathrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Disinfect surfaces and properly dispose of biohazard and general waste.
• Maintain yard and exterior areas (mowing, trimming, debris and snow removal).
• Perform minor repairs (plumbing, painting, carpentry, lighting).
• Monitor building safety systems (smoke alarms, lighting, ventilation).
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Follow all safety and health guidelines.

Sea Mar is seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance/Janitorial Staff member to ensure our facilities remain safe, sanitary, and welcoming for patients, clients, and employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of floors, bathrooms, offices, and common areas

Staff Compensation

Starting Wage: $21.30 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (Some Saturdays may be required)
