Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Lakewood, WA is seeking an on-call Maintenance/Housekeeping II for entry- to mid-level upkeep of facilities. The role includes cleaning, basic repairs, and groundskeeping to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize patient care areas, offices, restrooms, and common areas.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks including basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical work.
• Inspect lighting, ventilation, alarms, exit signs, and safety features and report concerns.
• Maintain outdoor grounds, mow and trim, and manage snow and debris removal as needed.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures to protect patients and staff.
