San Manuel is seeking a Maintenance Helper reporting to the Assistant Manager of Facilities. The role performs general cleaning and maintenance across the resort and connected buildings, supports EVS and Facilities trades, and contributes to operational excellence.
Duties include responding to work orders via HotSOS, performing minor carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical tasks, and preparing rooms for events.
Reporting to the Assistant Manager of Facilities, the Maintenance Helper is responsible for carrying out general cleaning and maintenance tasks to support a Best-in-Class Resort and Casino environment, including all connected buildings and facilities. This role also assists various trades across the Facilities and EVS teams, contributing to the overall upkeep and operational excellence of the property.

Strength sufficient to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects and/or move up to 40 pounds occasionally. Utilize mechanical tools/team lifting procedures when this limit is exceeded. Work involves standing and walking for extended periods. May operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
