Job summary

Adecco is assisting a local client in Berea, KY for a Maintenance position. Pay starts at $11.22/hour for a 37.5-hour work week with two alternating shifts (8:00-4:00 and 10:00-6:15) and weekends on Saturday and Sunday.

The role includes facility and grounds upkeep, plumbing, carpentry, and janitorial tasks to keep areas safe and well-maintained. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, EAP, commuter benefits, and a 401k plan; paid leave options and holiday

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of duties in the maintenance of the facility and grounds to keep all safe for the public and staff and in good repair.
• Mends plumbing and carpentry as needed.
• Maintains general upkeep of buildings and grounds; paints surfaces and performs repairs.
• Cleans floors and restrooms and sanitizes areas; assists other departments with moving, set-up and maintenance needs.

Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a Maintenance person in Berea , KY. This is an opportunity that will give you valuable experience.

Pay for this position starts at $11.22/hour for 37.5 hours per week.

8:00-4:00pm or 10:00am-6:15pm, weekends are Saturday and Sunday

Work alternating schedule & weekends.

Job Duties for Maintenance

Performs a variety of duties in the maintenance of the facility and grounds to keep all safe for the public and staff and in good repair. Makes plumbing, carpentry.

Maintains general upkeep of buildings & grounds areas. Paints surfaces and do other repairs.

Performs a variety of duties in the maintenance of the facility, grounds and adjacent areas to ensure cleanliness. Such as cleaning floors and restrooms, sanitizing areas and other janitorial duties.

Assists other departments with moving, set-up and maintenance needs.
