Job summary

CLK Multifamily Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Louisville, KY to perform a range of maintenance tasks and repairs to keep the property looking and functioning well. You will handle preventative maintenance, complete resident work orders, and support daily property operations.

Expect to engage in interior and exterior repairs, move and install appliances, and conduct appliance repairs. A valid driver's license is required to qualify for this full-time, on-site role with

As a Maintenance Technician, day to day will include a variety of maintenance responsibilities to maintain the property appearance by performing preventative maintenance, completing work orders for resident repairs, and other responsibilities.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Performance of all maintenance and repairs at the property as assigned

Completionof workorders

Interior and exterior building repairs

Move and install appliances

Appliance repairs

Routine preventative maintenance

AC/heating knowledge preferred.

Candidates should have strong knowledge of general maintenance to diagnose and perform repairs.
