1st or 2nd shift

Will work 45+ hours, works Monday-Saturday usually (6-7 days sometimes so good OT)

2nd Shift - 2 PM-10 PM

1st Shift - 6 AM-2 PM

Base pay range

$30.00/hr - $38.00/hr

Required Skills and Experience

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience (managing a team of 1–5)
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and build cohesive teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Technical electrical and mechanical maintenance aptitude
• Strong safety experience – ensuring a culture of safety and compliance across all maintenance operations
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and uphold high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency
• Comfortable working 1st or 2nd shift

The Maintenance Group Lead will be responsible for maintaining high performance and safety standards, managing timekeeping and payroll accuracy, and driving accountability across the team. This position requires a proactive leader who thrives in a fast paced manufacturing environment and is committed to operational excellence. This is a full‑time role, typically working Monday through Saturday, averaging around 45+ hours per week.
